PLACING YOUR ORDER

PAYMENT

We accept Credit card and PayPal. Orders will be processed when payment has cleared. The delivery time frame will be based on the date by which the payment has cleared into our account.

PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT

Your privacy is important to us. All of your information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Under no circumstances will information be passed on, or sold to a third party. 
All content shown on our website and all social media forums is owned by Lil Co. and may not be copied or redistributed without prior permission directly from us.

There may be some slight differences between products (colours may vary slightly)

It is recommended that all children be supervised by an adult when using our products. Our kits contain small pieces which may cause choking hazards. Not suitable for Children under 3 years old. 

Lil Co. accepts no liability for misuse of products. All products are photographed and described to the best of our ability. 

SHIPPING

Lil Co. uses Australia Post to ship orders. 

Although we aim for a quick turn around time on all orders, please allow 2 weeks from date payment has been received.

If an item has not arrived as planned, please contact Lil Co. as soon as possible.

All items are checked over, carefully packaged before shipped. Once your order has been shipped, Lil Co. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. We will however, attempt to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

If you provide an incorrect mailing address and your order is returned to us, you will be required to repay shipping costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Exchanges can be arranged providing contact is made prior to your products being shipped. 

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

If in the event you do receive faulty or damaged goods, contact must be made within 7 days, and photos will need to be sent to us via email. We may request the item be returned to us, in order to replace the item/s.
